112 degrees On A Sunday. No less .The hottest day of the year and Miguel not only showed up when promised he did a very good job finding out the problem and then proceeded with a fast but through repair . Good price , Good service and a pleasant personality. I can see why He has so many positive reviews. My positive experience can be added to his ever growing reputation . Thank you!

Miguel has come out twice now at inconvenient times; once after 6:30pm during the heat of the summer, and once again early Sunday morning during the first near freeze of the year. He’s been honest, approachable about concerns, and aware of budgets. I highly recommend!

Our air conditioner stopped working so I took a chance on SA AC Service Experts based on their ratings. I am so glad I did! They came out at 9:30 at night and found the problem right away. My AC unit isn’t that old so they checked to see the broken part was under warranty and it was! They could have ripped me off and I would never have known. They were prompt, professional, honest and reasonably priced. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

So I’ve had a service contract with service experts for at least two years. In all that time I’ve never had any issues with their service, their prices or their people. Over the last year they have been telling me that my unit was slowly approaching its end of life cycle. When my heat went out two days ago I knew there was a chance this was it and it turns out it was. With a dead furnace and and quickly failing compressor it was time to replace.

Their rep came out within 20 minutes of the news that my unit was irreparable. We talked over the several options he had and the pros and cons of each one. Once I selected the one I wanted he called in the financing which was effortless. He was even able to schedule install next day and that took place today.

The crew showed up at 9 am and immediately got to work ripping out the old units. They had the foresight to send enough guys for two to be working inside while one worked outside. In a matter of a few hours they replaced the wood floor in the furnace closet, re ran all the drain and vacuum lines and brought the whole unit up to code. Outside they even replaced the concrete slab and added a new sub panel specifically for the unit.

They took the time to explain everything to me and cleaned up everything also. They even moved a vent in my sons room at no cost.

I’ll never take my business elsewhere. These guys are pros and deserve my repeat business. I highly recommend them!
